    HELP

    Ok people, I need help!

    So check it, I cut out chocolate and soda from my diet and began eating lots of fruits and veggies. I adjusted my workout routine as follows:

    Sun/Tues/Thurs - cardio (i.e. running, cycle)
    Mon/Wed/Sat if I fee like it - buns of steele tape & abs (includes a section with weights)

    I gained a pound this week. WHY??? There is NO WAY I gained that much muscle in a week. And yet, I feel like my abs are a bit flatter....my jeans have been fitting great in that area lately. I still want to work on specifically my hip/butt area, although overall toning is the plan. Can anyone tell me why I gained a pound?? I'm at 145(ick!) and I'm trying to get down to 130. HELP ME!

    I can definately help you get to your goal of 130 lbs...I'd like to see a more accurate list of your daily meals. (What, the Portion, & Times) your eating as well as the time you wake up and go to sleep daily. With that, I would be able to answer your question most accuratly. It could be water weight, but also muscle. So contact me so we can work on this together.
